Another phase in Şan City Project is Sıraevler project that is currently under construction. It covers the demolition and restoration works of 25 historic buildings on Elmadağ Street. Conceived as a boutique hotel operation, Sıraevler is built to become the point of attraction that will boost the spirits of the region thanks to its restaurant and cafes in its ground gloor.

This project, another part of Şan City project, is under construction with the guarantee of Yükselen İnşaat as its main contractor.
