Another phase in Şan City Project is Sıraevle project that is currently under construction. It covers the demolition and restoration works of 25 historic buildings on Elmadağ Street.

An independent phase together with Şan City project, Surp Agop Hospital is the demolition of the old Surp Agop Catholic Armenian Hospital only to rebuilt it with a concept in harmony with Şan City Tourism Complex Project.
