The project is intended to be an urban point of attraction thanks to its congress center, hotel, retail commercial spaces, restaurants, cafes, entertainment centres and mutli-purpose halls. The project, a complex structure noteworthy for its 10-story underground car parking lot, is currently underway under the supervision of Yükselen İnşaat, its main contractor.
